NY State recently lifted the mask mandate for vaccinated individuals, which NYSAR has extended to real estate practices, stating that buyers and sellers who are vaccinated no longer require a mask.
Despite the new rules, I will still be requiring my clients to wear their masks during all showings as well as any buyers/agents entering one of my listings. Real Estate is a very people-centric business and I am taking every step I can to keep myself, my family and my clients as safe as possible. Thank you for understanding.
